This location is the best one to be quite honest! Fairfield OH to be exact! The food is always fresh and they are not skimpy on the portions. The waitress we get even remembers are order and the extras we like and we only had her twice! How amazing is that! I'm a little bummed though because they are taking those hot honey boneless wings off the menu. In my our opinion (me and hubby) they need to be a permanent item.

I was one of the first people in the restaurant on 7/12/26. There were waiters/ waitresses lined up up ready to work. Took my party count (9) told me that would put our table together. 45 min later we still hadn't been seated. Large parties that came in after us were seated before us. I ask 3 times they told me they were putting tables together. Finally I insisted they seat us. Then it took 15 minutes before any one came to take drink order. Those of us that ordered soup and salad for our meal got it right away. Those who order meals it took 30 to 40 minutes for them to get their food. It took almost 3 hour from the time we walked in the door. We have a group that eats out every Sunday. Olive Garden is one of our favorite places to go. But not sure if we will go back anytime soon. No one ever apologized for not seating us. Just acted like we being a pain in their side. Very disappointing 😞

We had a really nice lunch at the Olive Garden in Fairfield, Ohio with our group. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and it worked well for a casual family meal. Our experience with dietary needs was outstanding. My wife is gluten free and my daughter is dairy free, and the staff took extra care to walk through menu options and make sure their meals were prepared correctly. Everything came out as requested, and it was clear they were paying attention to the details. Service overall was excellent — our server was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks, salad, and breadsticks coming without us having to ask. The timing of the food was smooth, and they checked in often enough to be helpful without feeling intrusive. The food itself was great and fit exactly what we were hoping for from a classic Olive Garden visit: solid pasta dishes, fresh salad, and plenty of warm breadsticks. Between the way they handled our gluten‑free and dairy‑free requests and the overall service, this Fairfield location delivered a very positive experience for our family, and we’d gladly return

Hadn't been here in more than a year, it was really good. We sat at a booth near the bar and Steven was great. We got the chicken tortellini Alfredo and the shrimp Alfredo. Everything was good and the portions were so big that we had enough to heat up the next night.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars for the food and drinks was amazing... this place need friendlier service.. I left an 8.88 cent tip, in hopes the waiter learn what ángel number that is because service wasnt to friendly at all. Didnt get the appetizer and desert we ordered but we wasnt charged so i didnt even want to say something. Didnt even want to feel like we was no longer bothering her when we asked for extra napkins she brings us only 4 after we had to request them AGAIN... because our toddler spilled her drink and we didnt recieve the proper straw for it.. The evening became aggravating
